What is hypnotherapy? How can it help you?

Clinical hypnotherapy is an evidence based clinical technique that uses guided relaxation and focussed attention to help people make positive changes.

At Health and Hypnosis you will be under the care of Joy and Rose, clinical pharmacists with advanced training in clinical hypnosis and each with over 30 years of experience in guiding people in behaviour change.

The clinical hypnosis experience allows you to enter a deep relaxed state where the subconscious mind becomes open to helpful suggestions. In this state, your hypnotherapist guides you to the path along which change is created and sustained. It’s commonly used for stress reduction, pain management, breaking habits and overcoming fears. Clinical hypnotherapy is safe and you remain in control the entire time.

The Health and Hypnosis Clinic is based in South Australia and offers online hypnotherapy services unless determined otherwise by the hypnotherapist or client.
